Making Donations to the Museum

You may have enjoyed your visit to the Museum, or perhaps wish to help our educational and cultural activities.

Donations can be used specifically, i.e., purchase of a special artefact or work or art for the collections, or towards a particular project (perhaps conservation of the stained glass or construction of the Art Gallery) that interests you.  Or perhaps you want to support the goals and vision of the Abbey Medieval Festival.

To make a donation now click on button below.

The Abbey Museum is a registered charity with the Australian Tax Office.  All donations over $2 are fully tax-deductible for Australian citizens.

There are several ways you can make financial donations to the Abbey Museum.

  • Use the PayPal button to send a money donation.

  • Post a cheque or money order.

  • Make a donation of property, shares or bonds.

  • Donate a work of art or artefact (See Donating artworks or antiquities to the Museum)

  • Make a Bequest.

The Museum does not receive any government funding for its daily activities and staffing.

In the near future we are hoping to set up an Endowment Fund that we can use to provide continuity and managerial succession to safeguard the Museum’s future.  If you want to donate towards a seed grant for this crucial component for the Museum’s long-term future, please either contact us or send us a donation marked Endowment Fund.

Address any post to the Abbey Museum of Art and Archaeology, 1-63 The Abbey Place, Caboolture, 4510.
