Loans from the Museum

Due to the value and uniqueness of the Museum's collections, the Museum has an active policy of loaning works of art and antiquities for exhibition and research to other institutions.

Loan agreements are available by contacting the Abbey Museum.

Currently the Abbey Museum has a number of works on loan to the Queensland Art Gallery in return for a Queensland government sponsored program of conservation of the Museum's priceless works of art.
